Design of Project Teams

Our project teams usually include:
- a Project Leader, who is the key contact person for the Client;
- a technical team, including highly skilled experts and specialists, both national and international;
- a technical and logistical support team based at our headquarters ("backstopping");
- local executives, if possible appointed in co-operation with the Client and the Beneficiary.
Within our company each project is managed by a Project Director and a Deputy Project Director. This organisation guarantees the continuous presence of staff members with thorough knowledge of the project, enabling them to react rapidly.
All of the headquarters staff have a graduate background in development issues and/or have worked in transition or in developing countries for several years.
