Management Training for implementation of project results at the beneficiary

• Provision of training for members of the beneficiary who received Technical Assistance. The training shall guarantee the successful implementation of technical assistance and consulting services realised by the Consultant.
• Development of programmes to train especially public servants in the practical use of results of advisory services as for example new laws, regulations or organisation.

Management Training in general

• Provision of management training for the senior and executive level of enterprises and public administration bodies based on an assessment of quantity and type of training demands, establishment of training plans, preparation of planned training modules including training materials and preparation of local trainers ("training of trainers").
• Development of individually tailored programmes based on consulting services, use of grants and subsidies and demand analysis. The services include
  • planning,
  • implementation,
  • disposal/selection of qualified trainers
  with regard to subject matter and didactics, modern seminar technology and performance evaluation.
• Development and implementation of human resource management concepts and trainings in order to improve and change areas of management activities and to achieve a comprehensive approach to a human resource strategy.
