Services in the Vocational Training Sector
The company CaT Consulting and Training Europe EWIV (http://www.cat-europe.net) (shareholders: Berufsförderungsinstitut Wien [bfi Wien, siehe http://www.bfi-wien.or.at] and TechConcept - PlanConsult Deutschland GmbH) offers the following services based on the experiences of bfi Wien:
- Development of learning systems for vocational training on the basis of training needs analysis in accordance with the development of the labour market and the demands of the economy including
- the development of training programmes and
- the training of trainers.
- Advisory services and Technical Assistance in building/strengthening of vocational training institutions in accordance with the national employment policy.
- Development, implementation and technical assistance in implementation of learning materials, learning tools and teaching methods.
- Development of special learning systems for adults and trainers from disadvantaged groups (female job seekers, migrants, young persons, elderly).
- Development of VET training materials and courses in co-operation with international partners.
- Development of local/regional/national employment initiatives for the reduction of poverty and social exclusion (development of strategic recommendations and programmes).
- Certification of national and international training courses.
- International strengthening of vocational schools by improvement of professional skills and management abilities of their employees.
- Preparation/certification of vocational training courses with certification in co-operation with international partners from Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS states.
- E-Learning: Development, implementation and monitoring of distance learning systems.
- Development of Lifelong Learning Systems.
